How VirginiaCare® Products Are Made | Quality & Manufacturing
Carefully developed. Consistently produced. Discreetly packaged.
VirginiaCare® products are produced with a focus on material quality, controlled processing, hygiene and reliable packaging. Each production step is designed to support consistent product performance and discreet use.
A cellulose-based product concept.
The VirginiaCare® artificial hymen uses a fast water-soluble cellulose-based material designed to break down when exposed to moisture. The product is manufactured without gelatin and is designed as a discreet non-surgical alternative for personal use.
From material preparation to final packaging.
Material Preparation
The cellulose-based membrane material and the color-forming granulate are prepared in controlled batches to support consistency.
Granulate Application
A measured granulate layer is placed onto the prepared membrane surface before the next membrane layer is applied.
Membrane Sealing
A second membrane layer is applied to enclose the granulate and form the finished layered membrane structure.
Controlled Handling
The finished membrane units are handled under hygienic production conditions before being prepared for individual packaging.
Protective Inner Packaging
Each membrane is individually protected to reduce exposure to humidity and environmental influences during storage.
Final Sealed Packaging
The product is finally sealed in protective outer packaging designed to protect it from air and moisture until use.
Activated by moisture.
The dry granulate does not necessarily appear bright red before use. When it comes into contact with moisture, the color develops into a blood-red appearance while the cellulose-based material begins to dissolve.
Consistency, hygiene and product protection.
VirginiaCare® places particular emphasis on controlled batch production, hygienic handling and protective packaging. The objective is a consistent product that remains protected during storage and international shipping.
